As a Participating Training Center for Power Pilates of New York City, Ab Fab Pilates is raising the bar for Pilates education in the area. Student teachers enrolled in Power Pilates' renowned Comprehensive teacher Training Program may complete their 600-plus hours' apprenticeship at Ab Fab's studios.
